Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Supportly provides a monthly subscription service for digital administrative support ("Micro-Tasks"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee associated with your chosen plan.

2. Definition of a "Task"

A single "Task" is defined as a unit of work that can typically be completed within 30 to 45 minutes by a trained human-AI hybrid workflow.

Examples: Writing a 500-word email, creating 1 social media graphic or formatting 1 spreadsheet. Complex requests will be broken down into multiple tasks and you will be notified of the task count before work begins.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused tasks. If you are unsatisfied with a specific task, we offer revisions as per your plan limits.

4. Intellectual Property

You own 100% of the rights to the final deliverables (designs, copy, sheets) created for you upon payment. Supportly retains no ownership over the work produced for your business.
